Created in 1960 by public servants for public servants, Tradex is open to all past and present public servants and their families. With accountability to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer has an opportunity to take it to the next level of financial services and advice, while maintaining its unique corporate culture of collaboration, integrity, client focus and employee development

 

The CEO will demonstrate a strong belief and commitment to the Tradex mission and has a track record of success in leadership roles, ideally with experience in the mutual fund advisory business and knowledge of the public service sector. The ideal candidate has an affinity for purpose driven organizations and can effectively engage a broad array of stakeholders, inspire employees and attract existing and new clients to drive organizational growth for the future.

 

With an undergraduate degree, preferably in business or finance, the CEO will have experience in a business development role with focus on client management in a wealth advisory or mutual fund organization. They will be a licensed advisor having completed the Canadian Investment Funds course or equivalent and have previously managed teams in a client management capacity.
